FAQs

How much do you cost?
LSA does not operate on a one-size-fits-all model.  We want to sit down with you, learn about your organization and its needs before submitting a proposal.  In some cases, after this conversation it is determined that a consultation is not the next best step.  Call or e-mail so we can discuss your particular situation.

When should we hire a consultant?
When you begin asking the following questions about your not-for-profit agency, it may be time to seek objective, outside help.

  • How can we improve our fund raising results?
  • How can we get our Board to actively fund raise?
  • Why can't we seem to move forward?
  • How do we recruit board members?
  • Why is our annual fund not raising more money?
  • What is the best way to start a planned giving program?
  • Where are we going and how do we get there?
  • We need a new executive director, how can we find one?
  • Our software just isn't powerful enough, what are our options?

When we do our Board Retreat or Training session, should staff attend?
It is totally the client’s decision - but we like to have all staff members who interact with the board attend since we believe in the "team" concept.
